Get started with Duxora

Your manager adds you to Duxora first. Then you join with the phone number or email they have for you.

Join your team

1. Get the Duxora app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Start joining in one of these ways:

   • Tap the link in your invite email.
   • Scan the QR code your manager shows you.
   • In the app, tap New here? Join your team and enter your phone number or email.
   • Got a join code from your manager? Tap I have a join code and enter it.

3. Choose where to get your code (text or email), then enter the 6-digit code you receive.

4. Check your name and create a password. Use uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol.

Note

No code arriving? Ask your manager to check the phone number or email on your profile. You can also tap Resend code after a minute.

If you already have a Duxora account, for example from another job, the app asks you to sign in instead.

Signing in

Sign in with your email or phone number and your password. After you sign in, the app offers Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint sign-in, which is the fastest way back in.

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
